Peocedures: I used to spend a lot of time makes friend, talking and playing with them on the internet, and for this time , the relationships has been built up between us, and it make me feel hard to say to leave them. After I stop doing this, is because I suddenly found that the world seems to filled with the interesting things, however, the internet is not the only one. Then I try to questoning many people I know what kind of problems they have met for spending long time on playing games.
Result: The answers that I have recieved most it the communications. As a kind of motion, angry takes a great part in people's life. When others did something that you don't like or make troubles for you, and be mean to you could makes you to become angry. For these time, your blood speed increases and your body become red. Sometimes, you will lose control and cause a lot of troubles.
Here are three way to solve this kind of problem. At first when you became angry, take a deep breath and try to make your blood cycle to speed down. Because usually these, will bring your controls back, and you will cool down, and then you find you are not so angry than before. Secondly, is to do something with no related with the anger. It will move your attention to others, you will partly forget the things which make you to be angry. The last idea is just cry out. Never be shy to cry, because it's a truely humanility, and for anger makes you sad, to cry out will be a great idea.
