Last weekend was the first weekend of this quarter. it became warmer a little bit i think since last week it was so cold that i have to wore many clothes. last weekend i mostly focus on on education class' homework. i wrote a reflection papper though i have no idea what style or structure the reflection papper should be. therefore, i wrote as much as i can. i just hope my teacher won't be crazy when she saw it. also, i have to say, i didn't have a regulat rest last weekend.
SLEEPING DISORDER
I have been suffering from sleeping disorder for a long time. I can hardly focus on studying and made a lot of mistakes since I cannot concentrate well. Therefore, my friends give me some advice to help me deal with the sleeping disorder. Since I do not want to take pills, I decide to choose physical serapy. Also,after reading books and collecting information from internet about solving sleeping disorder I found there are so many ways to treat this problem. Since what these metheds really focus on is to help people get relax and easy before going to bed, I decide to improve sleep quality by regularing my time schedule. To begin with, daily exercis is nescesary. Jogging may be a good choice since it may not only help me keep fit but also help me relax after busy working. Also, I will try to keep calm before go to bed. Listening to music, reading books or having a bath seems really helpful since people may easily keep calm in a relax mood. What is more, I may drink a cup of warm milk right brfore going to bed seems benefit a lot since people may always feel sleepy after eating.
WRITING ABOUT ANGER
It was about a mouth ago. I was on my way back to Athens with my friends. When we arrived at the Washington airport, it was 6a.m. and still three hours early before next flight. We went to the A4 gate after we asked the workers which gate we should go. However, after we stayed there for about three hours, we found there was still no signal for boarding even it should be the bordingding time. Then we asked two workers who took in charge of boarding issues and want to know if we were at right place and their answer is yes. However, a few minutes later, another worker suddenly came to us and told us we should go to another gate-c20. Though we hurried run there, we finally missed the plane. The workers told us and several other passengers that it was the computer system mistake that made them find the wrong information. Then the worker let us to go to the service center and walked away. After we went to the service center, we got a bad news which was the next flight to Columbus is full. So we only got three stand by tickets. Unfortuenately, we waited for several different flights and rechange the stand by tickets, but the planes were all full. Then, finally one of us got a seat at 7pm, which means we had already waited for more than 12 hours. Then another friends and I again went to the service center and found that the last flight that day is 10pm and it was still full. I was really worried if I could go back to colimbus tomorrow since I had class the next day. Again, the next fight was still full. At that time my eyes were red because i think it was the flight company's mistake and we not only received no appolagise but also nobody help us solve the problem and made us wait there for a whole day. After I calm down, I asked the next day's flight information. When I heard there were no empty seats on tomorrow flight, my brain freezed and cannot feel anything since it means I may not able to go back school in time. However, I surprisingly control my emotion only just after a few seconds since I understand on one will help me but myself. Then i talked to the worker and explained our situation and want him help us find a solution. Finally, he told us we had to go somewhere else instead of Columbus. I did frustrated since I don not know anywhere else in Ohio except for Athens and columbus. just at that time I heard the worker mention a place name Cincinnati. Then I realised I have seen this name on gobus online list. Finally, we got the tickets and waited for next day's flight in the airport. We could not fall asleep there since it was too cold even after we bought blanket. The next day, we first flyed to Chicago and then flyed to Cincinnati. at last, We finally arrived at school in time after we took the gobus.

breakfast is always important to me. i cannot study or work well without breakfast. my mother always told me that people should eat a lot on breakfast, eat proper in the afternoon, and eat little at supper. this is also a good way to keep fit. therefore i always eat big breakfast in the morning and then i may able to go to school energetic. all in all, i just regard breakfast as the most important meal in a day.

After two hours physic lab on whether the force or tension of the string is the change factor that influence the frequency of the Standing Waves, I found that:
Procedures: To begin with, Plug in the power cord of the magnetically powered vibrator which may vibrate the string at 60 Hz. Then Clamp the vibrator near one end of the table and the pulley to the other end of the table. Run the string over the pulley and hang the weight hanger (50 gm) on the string. Gently pull down on the weight hanger and observe what happens to the string at various values of applied force. Repeat the above procedure for different amounts of mass hung on the string which showing 2, 3, 4 and 5 loops. At last, carefully measure the distance between two adjacent node points on the vibrating string and count the number of loops and record the mass that is hanging from the string then record this in the table.
Result: With the equation given above, calculate the frequency and the average value for the four frequencies when different loops appear. The experimental frequency is about 57.4 Hz, which is very close to the 60 Hz. Therefore, the error % is 4.3%. Therefore, the force or tension of the string will not influence the frequency of the Standing Waves.
Problems: The loops of the string are difficult to measure. Therefore, the length of the wave will influence the result accuracy of the experimental frequency.

last spring break i went to Hawaii for vacation. it was a wonderful journey. before i went there, my roommate and i had been confused for a long time to make decision. to begin with, we decided to to Miami. after asking for many friends, we found that Miami had a good beach, but might be boring if we went there for a week. then, we thought about going to new york where is the shopping paradise. however, since at that time the weather is still cold, if we went there it would become much more cold. therefore, new york is not a best choice at that time. at, last, we considered about the Hawaii where is always the best place to go. actually, we did not decided to went there since the journey fee would be too much. however, we thought since the beach in Hawaii must be better than Miami, if we went to Hawaii first, then we do not have to go to Miami, which means we saved a lot of money. also, the weather and temperature will be wonderful in Hawaii. at last, we made this decision to go to Hawaii.
