As a sleeping disorder, I always need to find methods to solve this problem. For me, I think doing exercise, taking a shower and drinking some milk are useful ways. First, my favorite way is doing exercise. I prefer to walking or running for a while which can make me tired. When I feel very tired, I will fall asleep soon. People always can have high-quality sleeping when they are tired. In addition, you can take a shower before going to sleep. A shower can make you relax from a busy day. Placid situation can result in nice sleep. After shower, one's body will need a rest soon which is a chance to enjoy your sleeping. Last but not least, drinking some milk is also a beneficial way for you. Scientists told us milk has the power can make us fall asleep soon and sleep well. Anger is what I am not good at controlling of. I always have problems with release my anger. In the past, I always shouted people who made me angry. I liked this method to let me feel better. However, I don't think it is a positive and useful way. Now, I prefer to calm down and talk to some people related after a while or several days. Also, I will tell this thing to my good friends because they can give me dispassionate advice. Because people cannot have clear thinking when anger is filled with their brains. I need someone who has rational thoughts when I am angry with some people or something.
This quarter I have not enough for my breakfast because my OP class. Last quarter, my first class started at 12:00 pm. However, I have to get up before 8am. What is worse, I have two more classes from 9:00 to 11:00. As a result, I have to eat my lunch together with breakfast. Everyday I have to study in the classrooms with hungry stomach. Now, I plan to buy some fast food and noodles which can be eaten in short time. d
I have no idea about this weekend. I prefer to going to the Daw Lake because it is so beautiful in spring. Spring here is wonderful because of trees. I will ask my friend whether they want to go to there and have a picnic together. I think we will have a lot of fun. In addition, I will go to Tom's house for NBA games. After a whole day's hard work, we finished our jobs which was made before. During this nice day, we have found the following:
Personnel：30 students worked here. They were from different grades and classes. Most of them were from Grade 3. Except the members of student union, some student of 311 organization also came and did good jobs. We were divided in different groups and had different jobs. NO.1 group was responsible for the production of spring festival scrolls. NO.2 group needed to collect the money which public donated. NO.3 group had to go around and introduce our activity's purpose and other information. The rest people needed to help where needed and exchanged the information of each group.
Results: We were successful and satisfied with every single student's job. We totally collected 2000 more Yuan for Spring Festival Scrolls Selling. This activity had successfully hold twice. Public all appreciated us and this activity because of our positive effects on the society. We would donate all the money to the students who were hard to pay the tuition fee and daily cost.
Follow-up: We want to enlarge the scale of our activity next year. We plan to do it in the most prosperous street because we can sell more and get more.
Thunder and lighting
Today I was disturbed by huge sound outside. I thought what was that and felt a little bit confused. When I was totally wake up, I knew that how cool and fantastic weather it was today. Even though I do not like any weather except sunny, the thunder and lighting are attractive. They give me different feelings about weather. They are not quiet at all which is not like sun and cloud.

Teacher told us it is Earth's day this Friday. I do not know it before. In China, nobody cares this day. Maybe they never care the earth at all. They pollute the nature and cities all the time. Now, there are a lot of serious problems about the environment. We need to do something to recover them and give the earth a new green clothes. The result of pollution is damaging people.
Last two days were Oho University mothers' weekend. I felt sad when I walked in the street and saw mothers talked with their children because my mother was in China, another part of the earth. I really miss my mother and the food she cooked. I left China last September and now it is May. I have not seen my mother for almost 8 mouth which is pretty long time. I hope my mother can come here, then can have dinner and go shopping with me.
When we are learning some new task such as swimming or riding a bicycle, we think about it in considerable detail. But when we master the behavior, we give no conscious thought to the details that once required close attention.

Some examples show that animals have conscious thought. For example, sea otter can break shellfish or shell by using small stones on their chests. They know how to choose stone and what the size and shape should be. They usually keep their useful tools for a long time. From the research results, I believe that sea otters have their own awareness which is hard to understand for other kind of animals which is same to that no other animals can understand what we are thinking and doing. Most similar examples happened in the action of taking food. In addition, the example of tool's using tells us that producing tools is not the special right and ability of human beings.

Since the December of 2009, I experienced a lot about my university. I really like my OU’s environment and location. First, the environment here is fantastic. When I came here, I thought I was living in the forests because I could see a lot of trees and grass here. Fresh air and pure sky are the best gifts to us everyone. They can give me energy when I went out of dorm and start a new day. When I am free, I prefer to have a walk in the gardens between buildings. They are amazing and let me love OU so much. Second, the location make a great effect on us. Ohio is not a developed state in the USA. Athens is only a small town here. Its small size can reduce the interests of anything except study. It is a quiet place and suitable for study and life. It has not NYC's flourish and Miami's beauty. However, for students, it has quiet and calm.
In my opinion, OU is a wonderful place for study. You are welcome to study here.
Last spring break, I chose to join a activity in Miami with other 17 students. At first, I had no idea about the spring break plan. It is said that this week was the best time for us to travel to Miami. One day, I received an E-mail about the Humanity Habitat for Greater Miami. I thought it was a pretty good idea. I talked it with Zhang and then we made this decision. Because of following reasons, we chose this activity as our spring break plan. First, it only cost us 300 hundred dollars for transportation and living. For us, it should be attractive price. We could save a lot of money if we chose it and enjoyed a whole week there. Second, it was the best time for students to travel to Miami because it was not too hot at that time. We could enjoy the beach without crazy sunshine. Third, we could do some beneficial and useful thing to local people. It would be a meaningful week for me in the USA. I was always happy to do this kind of things. When I came here, I thought I was living in the forests because I could see a lot of trees and grass here. Fresh air and pure sky are the best gifts to us everyone. They can give me energy when I went out of dorm and start a new day. When I am free, I prefer to have a walk in the gardens between buildings. They are amazing and let me love OU so much. Second, the location make a great effect on us. Ohio is not a developed state in the USA. Athens is only a small town here. Its small size can reduce the interests of anything except study. It is a quiet place and suitable for study and life. It has not NYC's flourish and Miami's beauty. However, for students, it has quiet and calm.
In my opinion, OU is a wonderful place for study. You are welcome to study here.
Last spring break, I chose to join a activity in Miami with other 17 students. At first, I had no idea about the spring break plan. It is said that this week was the best time for us to travel to Miami. One day, I received an E-mail about the Humanity Habitat for Greater Miami. I thought it was a pretty good idea. I talked it with Zhang and then we made this decision. Because of following reasons, we chose this activity as our spring break plan. First, it only cost us 300 hundred dollars for transportation and living. For us, it should be attractive price. We could save a lot of money if we chose it and enjoyed a whole week there. Second, it was the best time for students to travel to Miami because it was not too hot at that time. We could enjoy the beach without crazy sunshine. Third, we could do some beneficial and useful thing to local people. It would be a meaningful week for me in the USA. I was always happy to do this kind of things. Last but not least, I could enjoy the James and Wade's performing in AA stadium. As a NBA fan, it should be a fantastic choice.

The film Hero was made by Zhang Yimou which was so great film about the story of Qin Kingdom. I really like this movie because its beautiful scenery and amazing plot. The film used flashback to show the variety of plot. Three Kung-fu past masters and a killer planed to kill the King of Qin Kingdom. I appreciate the emotion factor inside between 2 women and a master. They were confused by who was the true people for herself or himself. This master also made great effect on the end. He stopped the killer because this master said that world's peace was more important than own kingdom's hatred. I like this topic that it was beyond the violence and understand the important principle thoroughly. The killer's death brings the world's peace. It is worthy and suitable because more wars will occur if the king of Qin kingdom was killed.

After a short rest, it rushes into the storm in surprising speed and then disappears. Finally it shows shining front light after a couple seconds. It crosses the earthquake, stone cylinders and sandstorm which shows its wonderful power, agility and property. Just like a relentless bull, Aventador can never be stopped.
The directer built crazy, difficult and impossible situation in this commercial. It tells audience that even such difficult situation cannot stop its power.

It convey its intended information that beautiful appearance, agility and superior power completely. They built many nice characters who had different and necessary roles. Except the factors of war, it was also a seductive and amazing film. This historical film told us too many things at that period with the idea of unfair.
